Finally received this item, took more than two weeks to get to NY, it’s beautiful, I love it. Wish the red would come in xs but this was the only color I found in xs, but I love it, fits my puppy perfect and still has a little room to grow, he’s only 6lbs and I had to adjust to the smallest setting. Looks so fashionable and I have t seen anyone with this one yet. I recommend this item just know it might take a little to be delivered but you will receive it.
