She is border collie size and size M I am small by a few centimeters. The harness quality is very good, the straps and hooks look great. The run that comes out and goes in works well.

It works great!" The retractable harness is sturdy and it should stop. I really appreciate that the neck opening sits farther than some of the other braces, making it easier to place on her head without pulling on her ears. It can be well adjusted and I definitely recommend this one, especially if you enjoy running with your dog and want them to have a little extra flexibility in leash length.
Really love this 2 in 1 harness.It is easy to use,and can free the hand. Even it's a little heavy,but suitable for my dog.
