What countries do we ship to?

We ship all our packages standard free shipping WORLDWIDE (some restrictions may apply). It is very important that customers put their correct address when placing an order to ensure their package(s) arrive at right location.  

How long would it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1- 3 business days from when your order is placed. From there packages are shipped off to customers with shipping times ranging typically from 3 - 25 business days based on your location.  Sometimes there may be postal delays during the busier seasons of the year, e.g. Christmas holidays.

Tracking information, is always provided after confirmation of shipping out your order. If your tracked package does not arrive to you within the specified time, you would be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through 'Track My Order' on our website.

Are There Any Shipping Fees?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is
placed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing
your purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

How do I initiate a return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at myholypetz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my package arrives damaged of defective?

When your package arrives, please inspect the product to ensure it is not damaged. Contact us at myholypetz@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it right away.

Are there items that cannot be refunded?

Products that are on sale/clarence cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Can I exchange one item for another?

Exchanges are possible, however, the shipping costs would the customers responsibility. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at myholypetz@gmail.com.
